A canning company making homemade jams, jellys, pickles, salsas, relishes, and dips just the way your grandmother does. All products are handmade and we only homegrown vegetables that we produce ourselves. Only the finest ingredients are used. No preservatives! ! Pop’s Pickles- This is a garlic dill pickle. It has the classic, home-made look with pieces of garlic and dill floating around in the jar in a very clear brine. Not sweet, perfect on a burger.
Spicy Garlic Pickles- This is the same pickle listed above, only on steroids. We take our same pickling brine and add a few different peppers to the mix. 6 out of 10 on the hot scale.
Zucchini Pickles- Yes, that’s right, zucchini pickles. This is a classic bread and butter pickle with a twist. Made with zucchini not cucumbers, these have great texture. If you don’t like pickles, these are for you!
Yellow Squash Pickles- Once again, something different. This is our classic bread and butter pickle recipe. We make this pickle and add some onions and sweet peppers to the mix! Great with beans and greens! ***Also available spicy! ! ! 6 out of 10 on hot scale
Kosher Dill Pickles- Our most popular pickle! This is your basic pickle. We use a very old recipe found in an old church cookbook. Made a few tweaks and came up with a good one! What a crunch!
Bread and Butter Pickles- If you don’t like dill, then these are for you. Once again we are using an old recipe from a church cookbook. These are sweet and very crunchy. Great to chop up and use as a relish!
Spicy Salsa- Don’t let the name scare you. This is our mild salsa. Using vine ripened tomatoes, a tri-pepper mixture and garlic; we came up with a great flavor. A gentle 6 out of 10 on the hot scale.
Hot Salsa- This is our same salsa base as listed above, just a few degree’s warmer. We add more peppers to the batch (nothing crazy) and cook away. A flavorful 8 out of 10 on the hot scale.
Peach Salsa- Yep, Peaches! No tomatoes here. This is our exact same recipe as our spicy salsa, but with peaches instead of tomatoes. Don’t be scared; try it with grill fish or chicken. 5 out of 10 on the hot scale
Pickled Onions- These are great! Slivered onions with a few mild peppers for flavor. I haven’t found a thing these ain’t good on. Mix them with onion dip mix and eat as a dip. ***Available Regular, Sweet, and Hot, Hot, Hot!
Sweet Tomato Relish- My personal favorite! We slow cook our vine ripened tomatoes with onions, pepper, garlic, and a whole host of sugar and spices. Try it on your next meatloaf! ***Also available with green tomatoes for a different kick! ! !
Hot Pepper Relish- This is a 4-pepper recipe. Put this on your next hotdog or mix it in for a spicy burger!
Diced Pepper Medley- This all 7 of the pepper we grow and use. This is great just for pepper sauce, or for spicing up your meal!

Pepper Sauce- We use 3 different peppers and an old recipe. Put this on your greens for that extra bite!
Hot Pepper Jelly-This is a mixture of 5 different peppers ranging in heat. We add sugar and cook away. Try this one on your dried beans or kick up your corn-bread. 8 out of 10 on hot scale
Christmas Pepper Jelly- We take our same basic recipe, pull out a few of the hot peppers, and replace them with sweet red peppers. A favorite over cream cheese with crackers. 6 out of 10 on hot scale
Mean Green Pepper Jelly- We like it hot! We don’t make this one as thick as your typical jelly. We take our 5 pepper mixture, and add a few more hot ones to it! Try this one on wings! 8 out of 10 on hot scale
Ole Fashioned Grape Jelly- Just pure squeezed juice. No pulp or seeds.
Muscadine Jelly- Only the juice here, not a skin around!
Muscadine Jam- For those of you who like a little more. Loaded with the right amount of pulp and skins.
Blueberry Jelly- Pure juice, nice and clean.
Blueberry Jam- Loaded with seeds, skins, and pulp!
Blueberry Lime-Our traditional blueberry jam with a twist. Try it on cream cheese or spread it on toast!
Blueberry Pepper Jelly- Sounds weird but give it a shot. Our blueberry jelly with a few diced jalapeños.
Fig Jam- We juice our figs and pull out the pulp. This is just pure juice with a few tiny seeds.
Strawberry Fig Jam- Our basic fig jam with a twist. We blended two fruits and it came out tasty!
Cinnamon Apple Jelly- Apple jelly is boring, so we just beefed it up and made it better.
***Apple Butter***- Just like your grandma made! This recipe is very old but it is tried and true. We only use ripe apples, and take our time with this one. You can’t beat it if you tried!
