Sala sociala a Bisericii noastre este o prioritate si necesita o mobilizare exemplara pentru a ne implini acest vis. Pentru ca toata lumea sa fie bine informata in ceea ce priveste evolutia campaniei financiare ,dar si munca depusa pana acum pentru implinirea acestui ideal, iata cateva informatii utile:
Campania Financiara
- 18 August 2013 am lansat Campania de a strange $150K
- 28 Noiembrie 2015 am strans $127,921
- 15 Mai 2016 am ajuns la suma initial propusa de 150K
- 2 Octombrie 2016 avem suma de $162,670 pentru sala sociala
Campania “O caramida pentru Viitor”
Au fost donate 25 de caramizi inscriptionate care vor fi instalate pe aleea donatorilor. Cele 25 de caramizi insumeaza $5,000 ,bani din care se vor comanda caramizile iar restul de suma va merge la sala sociala. (Aprx. $4500)
Ce s-a realizat
Pana acum , pentru proiectul salii sociale s-au facut urmatoarele:
- A fost realizat un plan topographic al intregii proprietati cu tot ceea ce este construit la aceasta ora pe toata proprietatea noastra.
- Consiliul parohial a decis locatia cladirii dupa rezultatele testului de sol facut.
- S-a facut testarea solului pentru septic si fundatie.
- A fost realizat un plan de conceptie a salii cu un simplu floor plan si marimea cladirii.
- A fost estimat planul de conceptie si apoi de constructie a sitului care include toate imprejurimile cladirii si care trebuie facut de un civil engineer.
- A fost defrisat si curatat locul unde va fi asezata viitoarea sala sociala a Bisericii.
Ce se va intampla
Urmatorii pasi care trebuie facuti in planul nostru de constructie a salii sociale sunt:
- Va fi angajat un civil engineer care va face planul de constructie a sitului si imprejurimilor cladirii.
- Vor fi terminate planurile de arhitectura a cladirii.
- Trebuie angajati ingineri care sa faca planul electric si mecanic al cladirii.
- Odata planurile facute, vom lucra la estimarea finala a constructiei si a intregii cladiri.
- Vom face lista cu contractorii si cei din comunitatea noastra care ne pot ajuta cu munca voluntara la acest proiect.
- Planurile vor fi depuse spre aprobare si se va stabilii data inceperii lucrarii.
Finantare
Pentru ca toate aceste planuri sa fie implementate asa cum ne-am propus facem un nou apel la enoriasii parohiei noastre, toti cei care ne cunosc si care ne sunt alaturi, cei care doresc sa sprijine acest proiect sa ne ajute intr-o noua campanie de a strange $100K pentru a putea incepe constructia salii sociale. Fara aceasta suma nu ne putem apuca concret de constructie.
Campania de strangere a $100K incepe pe 2 Octombrie 2016 de sarbatoarea Hramului. Recomandarea preotului paroh si a Consiliului parohial este ca fiecare familie sa contribuie cu $1,000. Daca acest lucru va fi posibil atunci suma necesara s-ar strange mai repede si noi am putea sa demaram lucrarile la timp.
Pentru a fi un bun exemplu si pentru a face primul pas inainte, familia preotului paroh si fiecare membru al Consiliului Parohial vor fi primii care vor dona $1,000 de fiecare.
Este un efort mare pentru fiecare din noi dar fara acest sprijin consistent nu vom putea incepe acest proiect frumos care este atat de necesar comunitatii noastre.
Ne rugam Bunului Dumnezeu sa ne binecuvinteze drumul catre o comunitate matura si stabila pe aceste meleaguri si sa daruiasca sanatate si har celor care cu inima deschisa si cu multa darnicie vor ajuta la inceperea si finalizarea acestui proiect. Este un efort comun care necesita sacrificiul si sudoarea noastra. Numai asa putem realiza si lasa ceva in urma noastra pentru generatiile care vin dupa noi.
