After graduating from culinary school, Annie served as an apprentice at high-end restaurants in Paris, where she learned how to make a wide variety of dishes in a fast-paced environment. She then spent several years working as a caterer. She moved to Chapel Hill in the nineties working as the pastry chef and the head chef at several area restaurants. She started Sweet Little Something in 2009, specializing in desserts and bite-sized appetizers.
