My Terra Village is a collaboration of teachers, educators, parents, and youth enthusiasts dedicated to supporting the growth and development of the whole child through organic play and intuitive guidance. Founded by Maranda D. Husband, an educator, youth mentor, intuitive adviser, and mother of twins, MTV celebrates the spirit of childhood in an uplifting, secure, and supportive environment.
Following the footsteps of early childhood pioneers and philosophers (Gardner, Malaguzzi, Piaget, etc), we believe exposure to nature and organic play materials and experiences provides a solid foundation for creativity to take flight. A child's creativity offers a peek into the spirit self and provides a catalyst for children to explore their interests, develop their talents, exercise their innate strengths, and gain confidence to share their gifts with others.
