THE CENTER IS WILL BE HOME TO A MULTI MEDIA ART CENTER, AVAILABLE TO PROFESSIONALS, UP & COMING TALENT AND STUDENTS.
Facility: The Vex Arts Center has made its new home in a 9,700 square foot rustic brick building in the industrial area of Los Angeles's El Sereno district 14, 10 minutes away from downtown by car.The facility is available for hosting art exhibits, live music, fashion showcasing, film festivals and various art performances. The 6000 square foot main gallery room has multiple skylights providing natural light and a 16 foot post and beam ceiling that leaves a 30 foot clearance for tall exhibits. A 250 square foot stage is available for live performances and a 24 foot runway can be added for fashion modeling. The Vex Arts also has gallery rooms appropriate for smaller events. The Vex Arts Center is a perfect space for filming, fashion shoots, fashion shows, music showcasing and theater. The Center is equipped with a kitchen, PA Sound System, Lighting and 2 loading docks. The back alley corridor is adorned with legendary graffiti artists’ work and the trains that come to park add a N.Y. style cache!
